What Do you Do?

Simply put, we buy things for you abroad on your request and have them delivered to you. You simply pay for your goods and wait for them to be delivered as indicated. Our goal is to provide you with an affordable, hassle-free international shopping experience.

 

What items can I order?

You can order any item that is listed on this website. Just browse through the different categories or search for something specific, add it to your cart and follow our simple progressive steps to checkout. Alternatively, you may contact via WhatsApp or email for assistance. 

If shopping from outside Kenya, please check your country’s restricted or prohibited goods, customs and import regulations

before placing an order.

 

Where do you source your products from?

Our focus is not so much on location but the authenticity of every single item in each order plus the cost-effectiveness and timely delivery of the entire shipment. Generally, the “anchor order” determines who/where we shop from.

 

Can I pay Cash on Delivery?

We do support cash on delivery. You can either pay through M-pesa or directly into our bank account. We do not process any orders until the payment reflects in our accounts.

 

How long do deliveries take?

The products listed on the website are sourced on order from international merchants. Delivery times varies based on the merchant’s location, how fast the merchant usually delivers the ordered item to our hub, transit time to your location, local and relevant international public holidays etc. 

We strive to provide the most accurate estimate though in some rare cases, delays are inevitable. 

We also offer “Expedited Delivery” for urgent items at an additional fee as billed by the courier service provider.

 

How much do you charge for Delivery?

Delivery within Kenya is free-of-charge. However, if the item you have ordered is oversized or exceeds the chosen courier’s standard shipping dimension or weight, they may charge an additional fee. The same applies to areas where access is charged for whatever reason. You will be advised accordingly in any case.

 

Can I track my order?

You will be regularly updated on the status of your order from the moment you place it to the time it is delivered to your delivery location. However, you are free to request an update at any point.

 

Can I collect my order?

To ensure our safety and efficiency in our operations, we dispatch all orders directly to our default courier or customer-provided courier the moment we receive a shipment. We also send you a message with the courier’s name and phone number or a photo of your package’s waybill receipt where applicable.

All local couriers provide an option for you to collect your package from their offices.
